SS&A Rewards Frequently Asked Questions

Points can be earned on purchases when you swipe your SS&A Rewards card at the time of the transaction as well as playing gaming machines with your card inserted.  Points can be redeemed on food and beverage, Wishcards and raffles. Discounts apply on points purchases. If you purchase food and use points for the entire value of that food item, you’ll receive a 50% discount (not available with some specials).

Points earned on gaming machine play can be exchanged for Xtra Credit. Please see one of our friendly gaming attendants if you would like more information on Xtra Credit.

There are several easy ways to check your current membership tier.

The quickest way is to swipe your SS&A Rewards card at any Club kiosk and view your member profile, where your current tier status will be displayed.

You can also download the SS&A App and log in to your account. Your membership tier is shown on the home dashboard, making it easy to keep track of your status anytime, anywhere.
If you’ve recently been upgraded to a new tier, you’ll receive a congratulatory notification on the kiosk when you swipe your card.

Should you need any assistance, our friendly Reception team will be happy to help you check your tier status and answer any questions about your membership benefits.

Membership tiers are reviewed every quarter to ensure all members are placed in the tier that best reflects their activity within the Club. During these reviews, your Status Credits and overall engagement are assessed to determine whether you qualify to move up, remain in, or move down a tier.

The best way to maximise your tier status is to use your SS&A Rewards card whenever you visit the Club. Be sure to swipe at the kiosks to collect your daily bonus, present your card when purchasing food and beverages across our venues, including Social Dining, The Locker Room and Studio Lounge, and always insert your card when playing gaming machines in Aurum.

Tier downgrades may occur if there has been insufficient activity during the quarterly review period. Regular use of your SS&A Rewards card across the Club will help you maintain or improve your tier status and continue enjoying the benefits available to you.

Status Credits are a way of measuring your activity and engagement within the SS&A Rewards program. They help determine which membership tier you qualify for and the benefits available to you. The more you use your SS&A Rewards card throughout the club, the more Status Credits you can earn.

Status Credits are earned when you swipe your card on eligible purchases and activities across the venue. As your Status Credits increase, you may progress to a higher tier and unlock additional rewards and member benefits. Status Credits are separate from loyalty points and cannot be redeemed or spent.

Don’t worry — if you’ve misplaced your SS&A Rewards card, simply visit Reception and speak with one of our friendly team members. They will first check our lost card filing system to see if your card has been handed in.

If your card cannot be located, a replacement card can be issued quickly and easily. Your membership details, rewards and tier status will remain linked to your account, so you won’t lose any of your membership benefits.

For your security, once a replacement card has been issued, your previous card will be deactivated and will no longer be valid for use.

SS&A Rewards members can receive a 50% discount on eligible food and beverage purchases when paying with their Rewards points.

To qualify for the discount, the cardholder must have sufficient points available on their Rewards account to cover the full value of the purchase. The discount applies only to eligible food and beverage items and cannot be used on promotional specials or in conjunction with any other offer, discount or member promotion.

The SS&A Rewards cardholder must be present and use their own membership account to redeem points. Additional terms and conditions may apply and are subject to change at the Club’s discretion.
