Casual Gaming Assistant

Be the friendly face of SS&A — welcoming patrons, providing excellent service, and ensuring every guest has a great experience.

We are searching for several casual customer service attendants across the Club.

Front of House Food & Beverage
Social Dining & Bar provides an extensive menu featuring pub and club favourites mixed with modern dishes and authentic Asian flavours. Three newly renovated function spaces allow for multiple use including functions, catered events and entertainment.

Aurum Gaming Lounge & Promotions
The newly renovated Aurum Lounge provides an upmarket, personalised experience for all members and guests through exceptional customer service. RSA & RCG is a must.

Beverage
The SS&A’s four bar areas are distinguishable by their unique elements including a specialised sports bar The Locker Room and The Studio Lounge specialising in cocktails.

Guest Services
All of the above plus two alfresco areas, kids room, conference room and plenty of on-site car parking makes the SS&A Reception a busy, multitasking environment for the face of our business.

Requirements for the role:

  • Enthusiasm and passion for customer service
  • Ability to work within a strong and committed team
  • Ability to work under pressure at a fast pace
  • Mature attitude and exceptional presentation and grooming standards
  • NSW RSA and NSW RCG essential
